Established in 1985 we have more than 30 years experience in the vehicle repairs sector.
We specialise in undertaking domestic and light commercial vehicle services and completing DVSA approved MOT tests at our workshop based in Woodston, Peterborough.
We are a family run business who understand the importance of good quality customer service, especially in these times where every penny counts.
Our success is mainly down to "word of mouth" recommendations, something we're more than proud of. Gaining 100% customer satisfaction is paramount to our service and we ensure to do all we can to continue achieving this.
We are a DVSA approved Class IV MOT Centre, but that's not all we do...
We're also a fully equipped service centre that services most makes and models of vehicle at a money saving cost of the dealerships and franchise centres.
We're also a fully equipped repair centre too, so whatever your vehicle's needs we can help.
We also offer free courtesy cars where available and we offer a free collection and delivery service within a 10 mile radius.
We have full diagnostic testing equipment so we can fault-find problems with most vehicles quickly and efficiently saving US time, and more importantly, YOU money.
MEET THE TEAM
Originally trained at our local Ford dealership, Steve has over 25 years experience in the car repair industry. Following a 10-year stint at Ford, he moved to Hotpoint where he spent the next 8 years working on repairing their large fleet of company cars and vans. Steve founded Woodston Motorist Centre to deliver exceptional customer service and world class repairs.

Scott began working for Bellamy Motors in 2008, where he was a full time mechanic responsible for vehicle repairs, ordering parts and more. He worked with Scott Penny until late 2016. He joined Woodston Motorist in 2017 and has been a valuable member of the team ever since.

Scott started his career as an apprentice at Longueville Autos in 1991, where he gained his City & Guilds 1, 2 & 3 in Motor Vehicles and NVG 1 & 2. He left in 1999 to join Euro Fleet in Corby where he worked as a Service Manager for Renault. Here he also became a body/panel inspector. Scott became self employed in 2003, and became an authorised MOT Tester in 2005. He carried out a Safety in Hybrid Vehicles course in 2015 and joined Woodston Motorist Centre in 2017.

Callum is currently training with us as an apprentice and we are keen to provide him with the best support and training during his time at Woodston Motorist Centre.

Darren joined the team as our Chief MOT Inspector back in September 2008. His duties include the day-to-day runnings of all aspects of MOT Inspections. Darren is incredibly friendly and highly skilled, having been fully trained in vehicle servicing, repairs and air conditioning. Prior to joining us Darren served his apprenticeship with Hyundai and went on to work at a Renault dealership.

Donna joined us in March 2011 and brought a wealth of customer experience and organisational skills to the business, having formerly worked as a health care assistant, a care coordinator and a health and safety risk advisor. Donna's role includes greeting customers, managing calls, providing quotes, ordering parts and the collection/ delivery of cars. She loves being busy and is happy to help assist you should you require a quote.
